The words " Rabbi Inni Maghloobun Fantasir " are taken from a verse in the Quran (Surah Al-Qasas verse 21) where Prophet Musa (A.S) says this du'a when he is fleeing from the Pharaoh's army. The phrase translates to "O my Lord! Truly, I am overpowered, so help me (against them) with Your victory."
Rabbi inni maghlubun fantasir 'O Allah I am overpowered, so assist me.' (Surah Qamar, verse: 10) When Nabi Ibrahim (ﷺ') left his family in a foreign land, he made this du'a: فاجعل أفئدة من الناس تهوي إليهم 'O Allah…. turn the hearts of the people in their favour.' (Surah Ibrahim, verse: 37)
